CLUB NIGHTS
November 3:
Two tales one mountain
and more!
We have two great climbers from the club talking about trying to climb,
and climbing Malte Brun
-Ivan Bruce attempted
to climb Malte in February, but a big storm in the middle of the
night change that and it became a battle for survival.
-Mark Hall a few years earlier attempted the same classic South
island mountain and had the weather on his side. Mark will also talk about
some of his other climbs down south and maybe some old climbs of Mt
Egmont/Taranaki.
This club night will
be great insight into what can happen to you in the mountains, both good
and bad. A must see!
